Member Expense Reimbursement Policy

We want to ensure that all of our members are equipped with the tools that they need to effectively perform their roles within the Club; from time to time this means a personal expense may have been incurred for which you would like to seek reimbursement from the club.

To do so, please complete the WOBFC Member Expense Reimbursement form (instructions within).

Note that you will need Board approval (written, email or verbal) for any individual expense reimbursement claims over $150.
